SAE Pressure Casting offers our OEM customers a complete solution for all your die casting needs. We manufacture all our die casting requirements in a 54,000 sq. ft. facility in Oakland, California. We delivery superior finish quality in Aluminum, Brass, and Zinc alloys up to 8 pounds and/or 130 sq. inches.

We offer complete tooling and machining capabilities to produce die casting molds that provide consistent quality and repeatability for a net-shape or near net-shaped surface finish, readily acceptable for machining, anodizing, painting, or powder coating. With average mold life of 100,000 shots, our tooling department repairs and maintains molds to full life expectancy.

At SAE Pressure Casting we offer both cold and hot chamber casting technology. Our capacity currently is 16 die cast machines; 14 cold chamber, 2 hot chamber. This allows us flexibility to dedicate full time casting (24/7) efforts to accommodate your production requirements.

As your demands grow in volume, we seamlessly transition your requirements to our wholly owned offshore casting facility in Dongguan, China.
