offers injection molding capability in two locations:
SAE Engineering in Santa Clara, CA., and SAE /Pack Success
in Dongguan, China. Both factories maintain quality standards
utilizing statistical process control (SPC) in conjuction
with parameters established through their ISO9002 registrations
to assure concise quality parts and on-time delivery.
SAE offers from prototype to mid production
efforts stateside to large scale production requirements
in China. Our wide range of injection molding presses
provide the capability to mold small to large plastic
parts.
Both facilities offer in-house capabilities
utilizing unigraphic design, CNC, EDM, and wire cutting
to assure aggressive leadtimes on mold generation.
In addition to standard injection
molding practices, we offer insert injection molding,
overmolding, painting, PAD printing, hot stamping, silk
screening, and assembly efforts.
