SAE supports its sheetmetal, enclosure,
and machining requirements at two facilities: one being
SAE Engineering in Santa Clara, Ca and the other being
SAE/Pack Success in Dongguan, China. We utilize today's
current industry technologies coupled with SPC and TQA
methodology to track and assure quality production and
on-time delivery.
Our design engineering support services
both stateside and abroad assure your concepts become
reality with quality, manufacturability and cost parameters
built in. We provide fast turn-around prototype services
to enhance product development and shorten time to market
introductions. Our CAD/CAM systems accept engineering
data files in most all electronic formats.
Our equipment lists include Amada,
Takasawa, Hitachi, Toshiba, Seiki, Cincinnati, and Aida,
to name a few.
Our ISO 9002 registrations assure
compliance to process control, WIP tracking, AVL adherence,
and customer service support channels; all built in
to reduce leadtime and assure manufacturing to print.
